'Our Friends Electric' Exhibition 2013

The 2013 Model Tramway Exhibition was held at Beamish, the Living Museum of The North, on April 6th and 7th as part of the ‘Our Friends Electric’ event.

This was another very successful and enjoyable event for all exhibitors with many repeat visitors from last year. Attendance was best on Saturday which was the warmest day of the event. Arrangements are already in hand for next years exhibition.

This was the first event of the 'The Great North Festival of Transport' which runs over three four day periods in April. where the following model tramways were to be seen,

Auld Reekie Street

The photo shows Newcastle No.114 in its 40 Years of Service livery at the 'Our Friends Electric' event which was part of the 'Great North Steam Fair' held at Beamish in April 2013.
